Shipping
5PREVIEW offers worldwide shipping and we use the forwarder UPS and DHL for our deliveries.
All orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days after the order has been placed, provided that we receive due payment, clearance and have stock availability.
All orders above 100 euro will be shipped free of charge in a solution of our choice. Please note that the shipping cost will be added after discounts are applied.
1. You will find all the alternatives for shipping when proceeding with your order and the shipping cost will be added to your order and displayed at checkout.
2. When your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
3. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second e-mail with your tracking confirmation and instructions on how to track your order. You can also sign in to your account to see your order and begin tracking.
4. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account for possible delays. Please note that the goods cannot be left without a signature and that FedEx usually operate between 8 am - 6 pm on business days. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

All orders outside European Union are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the price displayed at checkout exclude taxes and duties. FedEx might invoice you for the local taxes and duties when you receive your package.

Returns
You are always entitled to return or exchange your items from the current collection within 14 days from the time of delivery.
If you wish to return or exchange your items you just have to follow the guidelines below.
Returns and exchanges are at your own expense. All exchanges are based on stock availability.
How to return or exchange items:
1. Please contact us at store@5preview.se within 14 days from the time of delivery to get information on how to proceed in your case. Kindly provide us with your order number and specify the issue when contacting us.
2. Returns and exchanges will only be acceptable if the item is unused (other than to try the item on), unwashed and in original packaging including tags.
3. Please to return address mail us to store@5preview.se and fill the missing details in the email's subject.
4. Please note that the package must be send with distribution directly to the address above. We recommend choosing a shipping company that offer tracking and insurance of the goods as we do not compensate for returns lost in transport.
5. Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to the original purchaser’s credit card or PayPal account within seven days. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the European Union, VAT will be included in the refund. 5PREVIEW earns the right to decline a request, and the item will be send back to you.
